The University of Groningen (RUG) intends to purchase an upgrade for the existing EBSD camera currently installed on the Thermo Fisher NovaNanoSEM 650, and install a new EDX/EBSD setup on the Thermo Fisher Helios G5 CX. The replacement EBSD detector must be fully compatible with the existing EDX setup currently installed on the NovaNanoSEM 650 microscope.
