Scanning Transmission Electron Microscope (S/TEM)

The University of Groningen intends to conclude an agreement regarding the procurement of  a scanning transmission electron microscope (S/TEM) that meets the requirements described in this Tendering Document. To this end, the University Services Department has initiated this European open tendering procedure for the Faculty of Science and Engineering.
