Dynamic Security Assessment (DSA) software and services

The business objective of this tender is to acquire high-quality Dynamic Security Assessment (DSA) software and services, such that TenneT is able implement and operationally deploy Online DSA functionalities to mitigate the risks of the evolving power system with regards to dynamic stability.  The software tool for Dynamic Security Assessment (DSA) of an electric power grid, specifically Transient Stability Assessment evaluates a power system's ability to maintain synchronism when subjected to a large disturbance, such as a fault, line outage, or sudden loss of generation.
