Request for Information - Signature Management Product for the Maritime Domain and Associated Services

In its ambition to improve its operations and organization by better use of information, the Netherlands Ministry of Defence (NLD MoD) is aiming to get a better understanding of the pricing and availability of products and services for a tactical decision aid. The aid provides tactical support based on measurement, modelling and active management of the own ships signature, within its operational environment and context, in several signature dimensions.
