Spinning disk & TIRF SMART-microscope systems

This spinning disk (SD) microscope is required for high and super-resolution (SR) microscopy of subcellular and small complexes such as endocytic structures and single molecules but also whole cells and tissues, both fixed and living. We require fast image acquisition rates and the ability to track cellular processes for several hours without loss of focus and without excessive bleaching.
