GVB intends to hold a European tender for the purchase of 2 shunting locomotives and 2 or 3 inspection rail vehicles and 4 rail wagons. Within the department of GVB “Railinfrabedrijf” (RIB), the Metro Rail Execution Department carries out maintenance work on the rail network of Amsterdam.
